1. Who we are, and what MemeLaunch is
MemeLaunch ("we", "us", the "Service") is a website that lets you create and trade tokens on the Solana blockchain using Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program. We provide an interface to public blockchain software. We are not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, or financial adviser, and we do not operate a securities market.
The Service is non-custodial. We never take possession, custody or control of your tokens, your SOL, or your private keys. Every action is a transaction that you sign in your own wallet.
2. Eligibility
You may only use the Service if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into these terms. You must not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions. By using the Service you confirm that all of this is true.
3. Your responsibility for your wallet
You are solely responsible for your wallet, your seed phrase and your private keys. If you lose them, nobody — including us — can recover your funds. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded once confirmed. You are responsible for checking every transaction before you approve it in your wallet.
4. Risk (this is the important part)
- You can lose 100% of what you spend. Most memecoins lose most or all of their value. Treat any amount you put in as money you may never see again.
- Prices are extremely volatile and can collapse within seconds, at any hour.
- Locked liquidity is not a guarantee of value. Every coin launched here has its pool liquidity permanently locked and its mint authority revoked — so the pool cannot be pulled and no new supply can be printed. That prevents specific attacks. It does not mean a coin is a good investment, and it does not stop a creator (or any large holder) from selling their own tokens and crashing the price.
- Anyone can launch anything. Names, symbols and logos are chosen by users, are not unique, and are not verified by us. A coin may imitate a well-known project. Always verify the mint address yourself before buying.
- Smart contracts and blockchains can fail. Bugs, exploits, network congestion, outages and failed transactions are possible, in the underlying protocols as well as in our interface.
- This is not financial advice. Nothing on the Service — including trending lists, wallet-tracking signals, statistics or name suggestions — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Do your own research and consider getting independent professional advice.
5. Fees
Creating a coin costs only Solana network fees (plus your optional dev-buy). Each trade carries a small trading fee defined by our on-chain configuration, shared between the coin's creator and the platform. Fee parameters are set on-chain and are publicly verifiable. Network fees are charged by Solana, not by us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- impersonate any person, project, brand or token, or infringe anyone's trademarks or copyright;
- run a scam, "rug pull", pump-and-dump, wash trade, or market-manipulation scheme;
- launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or break any law that applies to you;
- publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that depicts or endangers minors;
- attack, overload, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
We may remove content from our interface, refuse to display a coin, or block access to the Service at our discretion. Because the blockchain is public and permissionless, removing something from our site does not remove it from Solana.
7. Artwork you upload or import
You may upload a logo, or import one from a link. By doing either you confirm that you own that image or have permission to use it, and that it is not another project's logo or branding. You keep ownership of your artwork and grant us only the limited right to store it and display it alongside your coin.
If someone tells us an image or a coin infringes their rights or impersonates them, we may remove it from MemeLaunch — from the feed, trending lists and coin pages — at our discretion and without notice. Report it via the report page with the coin's mint address. Note that removal from our site does not delete anything from the Solana blockchain, which nobody can edit.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information shown (including prices, market caps, statistics or third-party data) is accurate or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, data or opportunity, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including losses caused by price movements, by another user's conduct, by a coin you bought, by a failed or front-run transaction, by third-party software or data, or by bugs in any smart contract. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the greater of the fees we actually received from you or US$100.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on and links to third parties (including the Solana network, Meteora's programs, wallet providers, RPC providers, IPFS pinning, and market-data providers such as Dexscreener). We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, any coin you create or trade, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right you have that cannot be waived by law.
