⚠️ Assume you will lose everything you put in. Memecoins are one of the most speculative things
you can buy. Most go to zero. Only ever spend money you can genuinely afford to lose completely — not
rent, not savings, not borrowed money, and never someone else's money.
You must be 18+
MemeLaunch is only for adults (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live). Buying SOL and cashing out generally requires an ID-verified account with an exchange, which is also 18+.
What can go wrong
- The price collapses. A coin can fall 90%+ in minutes, at any time of day. There is no floor and no bailout.
- The creator sells. A coin's creator, or any large holder, can sell their own tokens at any time and crash the price. Check the creator holdings figure on a coin's page before buying — a high number is a warning sign.
- Nobody is left to sell to. If interest dies, there may be no buyers at any price. Being "up" on paper is not the same as being able to get out.
- Impersonation. Anyone can name a coin anything. Names, symbols and logos are not unique and we do not verify them. A coin may deliberately imitate a famous project. Always check the mint address, not the name.
- Copying other traders is not a strategy. Wallet-tracking signals (our Smart Money page) show what other wallets did — not why, not whether it worked, and not whether they are connected to the coin's own team. Following blindly is a fast way to lose money.
- Technical failure. Blockchains congest, transactions fail, RPCs go down, prices move between quote and confirmation, and smart contracts can contain bugs — including in software we depend on.
- Irreversibility. Every confirmed transaction is final. There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no customer-service reversal. Lose your seed phrase and your funds are gone permanently.
- Tax. Trading may create tax obligations where you live. That is your responsibility.
What our protections actually mean
We are honest about the limits of what we can guarantee:
- ✅ Locked pool liquidity — real, enforced by the Solana program. It means the pool of liquidity cannot be pulled out from under buyers (the classic "rug pull").
- ✅ Mint revoked — real. No new supply can ever be printed to dump on holders.
- ✅ Anti-sniper fee — real. It makes it uneconomic for bots to grab the cheapest tokens at launch.
- ❌ Does NOT mean a coin is a good investment. These protections block specific attacks. They do not create demand, guarantee a price, or stop a coin going to zero.
- ❌ Does NOT stop a creator selling their own tokens. No launchpad can.
- ❌ Is NOT a security audit or an endorsement of any coin launched here.
Not financial advice
Nothing on MemeLaunch is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. That includes trending lists, statistics, market caps, name suggestions and wallet signals — they are information and tools, nothing more. We are not licensed advisers. If you are unsure, speak to a qualified professional.
Before you spend anything
- Decide an amount you would be genuinely fine losing entirely. Do not exceed it.
- Verify the coin's mint address on a block explorer — not just its name or logo.
- Check the creator-holdings and top-holder warnings on the coin's page.
- Remember that a coin trending upward can reverse instantly.
By using MemeLaunch you confirm you have read and understood these risks and accept them.
